We offer free shipping across India. Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, with estimated delivery times varying based on location. Please note that shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, but we strive to provide timely updates.

All content on the VALR LABS website, including but not limited to logos, designs, product names, text, and graphics, are the exclusive property of VALR LABS. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

- Limitation of Liability
VALR LABS is not liable for any damage, injury, or harm resulting from the use or misuse of our products. The use of our products is at the consumer’s discretion and risk.
We are also not responsible for shipping delays due to external factors such as logistical issues or force majeure events. We will work to resolve any issues in a timely manner but cannot guarantee precise delivery times.

Shipping Time Frames
- Standard Shipping: Orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of shipping.
- Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, customers can opt for expedited shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 2 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification with tracking details, so you can monitor your package’s journey in real-time.
Shipping Fees
- Free Shipping is available on all orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee will be charged during checkout.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to deliveries within India.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team for assistance. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and ensure your product reaches you as soon as possible.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
At VALR LABS, customer satisfaction is a priority. Below are the details regarding our cancellation and refund processes:
Order Cancellation
- Customers can cancel their orders before the product is shipped. Once the product is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- Cancellations can be processed either by contacting our customer service team or through the website by logging into your account.
Refund Policy
- If the product arrives damaged or there is a quality issue, you may request a refund within 5-6 days of receiving the product, provided the product has not been opened or used.
- Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Non-Refundable Products: Discounted, final sale items, or products purchased during special promotions are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Restocking Fees
- No restocking fees will be applied to any refund requests.
